Before and after
Your day, two ways.
Without WorkApp
- Gifts recorded on loose sheets after service.
- Who's new, and who's stopped coming? Nobody knows.
- Volunteer rotas in a group chat nobody reads.
- Reports for the board take a weekend.
With WorkApp
- Every gift recorded the moment it's given.
- Attendance and new members, week by week.
- Everyone sees their own rota and reminders.
- Reports ready whenever they're asked for.

Compared
WorkApp vs a typical system.
A typical system
Attendance and giving are tallied by hand after the service.
Church software built around someone else's structure.
A new ministry or fund means another sheet.
Totals are kept; who gave and who changed them is lost.
A volunteer spends weeks setting it up.
WorkApp
Ushers and treasurers say the numbers as they go.
Your ministries, your groups, your leaders.
Tell us. We add it, and past giving stays recorded.
Every gift and correction kept, with who and when.
One 30-minute call. Leaders start the same week.

Your team keeps working the way they already do. WorkApp keeps the record.
FAQ
What churches ask first.
Can group leaders see everyone?
No. A leader sees their own group. The pastor or admin sees across groups.
Is giving private?
Only the roles you choose can see it, and every view is on record.
Will my team actually use it?
It is a chat. People already know how to do that. They tell an assistant what happened, and it is recorded in the right place, so there is no form to skip.
Who can see what?
Only what their role allows. A cashier, a manager and an owner each see and do different things, and the system enforces it.
Who owns our data?
You do. It is your record, and every change to it is kept, with who made it and when.
