Compared
WorkApp vs a typical system.
A typical system
Orders, waste and stock are written down at close, if at all.
A system built for chains, priced like one.
A new menu or location means reconfiguring everything.
Yesterday's count is overwritten by today's.
Installers, terminals and training days.
WorkApp
Staff say it during service and it's recorded.
Your menu, your shifts, your suppliers.
Tell us. We add it and past days stay as they were.
Every count and correction kept, with who and when.
One 30-minute call, on staff's own phones.

Your team keeps working the way they already do. WorkApp keeps the record.
FAQ
What restaurants ask first.
Does it replace our till?
No. It records what your team tells it and shows you the whole picture, alongside your till.
Can several managers use it?
Yes. Each manager sees their own site, and you see all.
Will my team actually use it?
It is a chat. People already know how to do that. They tell an assistant what happened, and it is recorded in the right place, so there is no form to skip.
Who can see what?
Only what their role allows. A cashier, a manager and an owner each see and do different things, and the system enforces it.
Who owns our data?
You do. It is your record, and every change to it is kept, with who made it and when.
