Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Penkra LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Penkra”, “we”), for the WorkApp apps and this website. By using WorkApp you agree to them. If you use WorkApp for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older.
• Give accurate sign-in details and keep your phone and account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• People join an organisation only by invitation. The organisation's owner decides roles and what each person can see and record.

Your content

You and your organisation own the messages, files and records you put into WorkApp. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to provide WorkApp to you. You are responsible for having the right to share what you upload.

The assistant

The assistant uses AI and can make mistakes. Check important records and actions it prepares. Records it makes are marked with who asked and when.

Acceptable use

Do not use WorkApp to:

• break the law or others' rights;
• send spam, malware or harassment;
• access accounts, organisations or data you are not permitted to;
• interfere with or reverse-engineer the service, or overload it.

Credits and payments

Assistant use is paid with prepaid credits bought in the app. Prices are shown before you pay. Credits are used as the assistant works and are not refundable except where the law requires. Payments are processed by our payment providers.

Ending

You can stop using WorkApp and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Data is then handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

WorkApp is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Penkra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and tell you in the app about significant ones. Continuing to use WorkApp means you accept them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
